Product description of VOC online monitoring system:

TH2000VOC online monitoring system is mainly used for online monitoring and analysis of various air emission pollution sources and online monitoring of plant boundary concentration


The main principle is: the sampling unit collects the measured gas on site, the pretreatment unit cools the gas, dehumidifies, filters the dust, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the measured gas within a certain range, and the gas detection unit detects and analyzes the delivered gas , The measured gas concentration is displayed on the display screen in real time, and the data signal is transmitted to the terminal such as PLC or computer. It can also be transmitted to the cloud server via wireless GPRS or network. The user can read the data from the server to achieve global networking. Monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.


TH2000VOC online monitoring system is suitable for gas detection and analysis in low dust, temperature, and humidity occasions. If the dust content of the gas to be measured, an automatic back-blowing system needs to be selected, otherwise the dust filter needs to be manually maintained and cleaned regularly. The TH2000 gas pretreatment system has a built-in high-efficiency compressor water-cooled dehumidification system and a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange installation), a sampling distance of 40 meters, automatic cooling, automatic drainage, and tar filtering.
