1)Rated Test Pressure: 0~100MPa(the pressure required to select any file);
2)Pulse frequency: 0.5~1.25Hz;
3)Ambient Temperature: room temperature;
4)Medium Temperature: room temperature ~ 60 ℃;
5)Simultaneously-tested pipeline number:1~ 8;
6)Test Waveforms: the basic square wave or water hammer wave (see graph);
7)Installation mode: 180 ºor 90 º; (you should refer to the mode stipulated by standards to install sample);
8)Test Medium: Mineral Oil;
9)It will stop automatically for protection during the test when one of the following situations happens: oil pipes coming pot burst or leak, oil temperature exceeding the set value, the pressure exceeding the set value;
10)When the door of the sample installation room is open, it will not start the machine, only you close it can you start the machine;
11)With the help of advanced test & control software developed independently through U.S. NI company’s LabView platform, you may conduct the centralized control of collection and processing to print and output testing pressure, temperature, testing times, flexing frequency, pulse waveform.
