Burst Test Bed for Bare Pipes
Bare pipe burst test bed adopts quick clamping device. The hydraulic pressure drives the clamping device to fix the soft pipe tested part and seals it to perform proof pressure or burst test for rubber hose without joint. There is no need to purchase hose equipments and fitting separately so as to save a series of processing of rubber peeling and eliminate waste of materials and manpower, resulting in reduction of test cost and increase of test efficiency. The test machine is mainly made up of test space and power section.
1.Technical parameters
1)Test pressure: 0~300MPa (select range according to need);
2)Media: oil, hydraulic oil and kerosene;
3)Pressurization rate: 5~200MPa/min; adjusted at will (the time unit may be transformed into S);
4)Internal size of test chamber: 2.5*0.6*0.6M (length* width *height);
5)Piece number of single test: 1 piece;
6)Diameter of tested sample: Φ3-Φ102mm;
7)Length of tested sample: 400-Φ1500mm.
2.Function and scope of application
1)The typical test programs include:
① Pressurization with constant speed-burst
② Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-burst
③ Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining- pressure relief
④ Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-until burst
3. Test of product installation:
Insert the mandrel inside the hose first. Then use clamping device to clamp the hose before conducting the airtightness test, length change test and burst test.
4. At the time of emergency shutdown, pressure of the test sample and inside the equipment may be discharged manually.
5. The tested sample is installed in the burst box for burst. The burst box is installed with safety observation window and lighting lamp through which the change and burst condition of tested sample may be observed conveniently. The burst chamber and observation window are able to ensure the safety of testers and equipment.
6. Data acquisition software of U.S. NI Company is used for real-time analysis and storage and the test report may be produced and printed.
