Applicable to the testing requirement of deflection pulse of rubber with reinforcement of steel wire, plastic hose and rubber hose assembly.

2.Technical parameters

1）Test pressure: 0~100MPa (Any pressure level may be selected according to the need);

2）Pulse frequency:0.5~1.25Hz;

3）Deflection frequency: 0~1Hz;

4）Adjustable diameter for rotary deflection: 50~700mm;

5）Adjustable distance for linear deflection: 0~700mm;

6）Pipe diameter: 6~51mm;

7）Installation method: 180° or 90;

8）Hose number of single test: 1~6 pieces;

9）Pressure waveform: square wave, T-wave;

3.Functions and characteristics

1）Conducting pulse deflection test for hoses,rotary or linear test deflection may be performed combined with pulse;

2）The bending radius and installation distance of pipelines may be adjusted at will. With convenient installation interface, different types of products may be installed for test;

3）The number of test cycles is set at will and it stops automatically after the test is completed;

4）The machine will stop automatically if there is leakage or the pressure is too high with the reasons of fault displayed;

5）The advanced test and control software, which is developed independently with the help of LabView platform of U.S. NI Company, features convenient operating interfac, collects and treats test data, and display the waveform in a real-time manner, save and print during the process of test.
