Pulse Test Bed with Water Tank of Solar Power

This device, developed by our company, can be used in the low-pressure pressure pulse test of all kinds of radiators, water tanks, fuel tanks and water pipes, including the pressure recycle test of cooling water pipes, fuel pipes and all kinds of hose for cleaning; main components of the testing machine are from imported high-quality products, which improve its useful time and also reduce the maintenance costs.

2. 1）Pulse Pressure: 0 ~ 1MPa; controlling accuracy: ± 2%;

3. 2）Pulse Frequency: 0 ~ 1Hz (0-60 times / min);

4. 3）Suitable Test Medium: water、glycol;

5. 4）Pulse Shape: T-wave;

6. 5）Simultaneously-tested quantity: 1~2 (Total volume of test-sample interior: a maximum of 500L).

2. Main Function

1）Conduct a hydraulic impulse test for the test samples, and the maximum pressure is 1MPa and the pulse waveform is square wave (T-shaped square wave);

2）Conduct a pressure maintaining test after setting a certain times for the pulse to detect whether the water tank comes about leaks;

3）Test sample fracture system autostop protection;

4）It has the interface which is easy to install, using hose to connect for the convenience of installation of different types of products to test;

5）At the beginning of the test the gas in the sample can be automatically discharged;

6）It can set the times of the running period arbitrarily during the test, and it can stop automatically when the requirements are reached;

7）It can stop automatically when leakage happens or the pressure is too high during the test and also can display the reason of fault;

8）The test pressure - time curves can be displayed on the touch screen, PLC aided testing: collecting and processing test pressure, testing times, pulse waveform and so on.

3. Safety and Protective Device

It will alarm and stop if the pressure is too high and will also stop when the running fault happens.
