3. Working Process Description

1）Choose the suitable frock (outer clamping sleeve and mandrel);

2）One side of the mandrel was inserted into the inner of the pipe, the outer clamping sleeve is put on the clamping bracket, while the other side is open;

3）Start clamping pressure valve, the air cylinder decline quickly to clamp one side of the pipeline;

4）Start the main pump, the pressure is regulated to the desired value, the PP rods is extrusion;

5）The other side of the hose is clamped according to the second method;

6）Adjust the pressure to the desired maintaining value;

7）After the test, turn of the valve, loose both sides of the clamping device and remove the hose.
