Three drying methods to solve the dampness of the oil pump motor
A. Drying method of excitation coil
The excitation coil drying method is to wind the excitation coil on the stator coil iron core of the special motor for the oil pump, and apply alternating current to make the stator generate magnetic flux, and rely on its iron loss to dry the stator of the special motor for the oil pump. Generally, the input voltage of the excitation coil is 220V, and the number of turns of the excitation coil on the stator is: N=108/Bm×S. In the formula: N is the number of turns of the excitation coil; Bm is the magnetic flux density (that is, Gs is generally 14000); S is the net area of the stator core yoke. When using this method, it should be noted that the current in the excitation coil cannot exceed the current carrying capacity of the wire. At the same time, the temperature rise of the stator coil should be monitored so that it does not exceed the maximum value allowed by the manufacturer. If you want to increase the drying speed, you can appropriately increase the input voltage of the excitation coil (the number of turns of the excitation coil should be increased by the same time). It should be noted that this method is suitable for large motors with high power and not easy to move on site, but a leakage protector should be used when the excitation coil is energized. At the same time, the selected excitation coil requires that the motor stator temperature rises. Its good insulation properties.
