What is verlapping method and integral embedding method?

When embedding the wire in the overlap method, one effective side of one coil is embedded first, and the other effective side is temporarily suspended without embedding, and then the upper side of the other coil is embedded. In this way, the distribution level of the end is overlapped, so it is called the overlap rule. The embedding method is mainly used for embedding concentric windings and single-phase sinusoidal windings. It embeds the two effective sides of the entire coil into two corresponding slots one after another, so it is called the integral embedding method. In view of the fact that each coil is at the same level, the end face of the winding is in the shape of "double plane" or "three plane", so it is also called "double plane wiring" or "three plane wiring".


What is the forward and backward of the embedding?

In alternate wire embedding, if a single person embeds the wire, the motor stator is placed horizontally.
