ML aluminum housing dual capacitor 1 phase motor is made of selected superior materials and conform to the IEC standard. ML motors have good performance, safety, reliable operation, nice appearance and can be maintained very easily, while with low noise, little vibration, and at the same time of light weight and simple construction. The compositive performance is good, the multiple of starting torque is 1.8 to 2.5. This series motor is suitable for the occasion where the requirements of big starting torque and high over load, such as air-compressors, pumps, fans, medical apparatus, and many other small machines.

FAQ
What are precautions when using the oil pump motor?
1. Prevent foreign matter from entering the assembly: When the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy to enter the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing into the bearing, so it is best to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the bearing chamber for lubrication effect during assembly. However, it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. If a large amount of oil or grease accumulates in the bearing chamber, it will be very difficult when the bearing rotates. It is easy to enter the inside of the bearing along the shaft. It is best not to coat the bearing room with oil or grease. If it is absolutely necessary, it must be controlled not to accumulate in the bearing room.
2. Prevent motor paint rust: paint rust mostly occurs in sealed motors. The motor sounds very good during assembly, but after a period of time in the warehouse, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large, and the bearing is removed. Rust phenomenon. In the past, many oil pump motor manufacturers thought it was a bearing problem, but now they have realized that it is mainly an insulating paint problem. This problem is mainly because the acidic substance volatilized from the insulating paint forms corrosive substances under a certain temperature and humidity, which causes bearing damage after corroding the bearing groove. At present, this problem can only be solved by selecting a good insulating paint and ventilating for a period of time after drying and then assembling.
