MC aluminum housing capacitor start single phase motor is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard. MC motor has good performance, safety and reliable operation, nice appearance, and can be maintained very conveniently, while with low noises ,little vibration and at the same time of light weight and simple construction. High starting torque, perfect starting performance, generally the multiple of the starting torque can be up to 3.0 times. This motor is used in the occasions where big starting torque and small starting current such as air-compressors, pumps, refrigerators, medical apparatus and others with full-load start.

FAQ
What are the common faults of single-phase asynchronous motors?
Slow speed of single-phase motor
There are several electrical reasons:
①The power supply voltage is too low.
② The centrifugal switch fails, and the auxiliary winding cannot be separated from the power supply.
③The wiring of the main winding is wrong.
④The main winding is partially short-circuited.
⑤The rotor bar is desoldered or severely broken.
⑥ The motor is overloaded.
There are several mechanical reasons:
①The bearing chamber and the bearing are too tightly matched or the bearing is damaged.
②The end cover is not installed correctly and is not corrected.
③The rotor has no axial movement, and heats up and becomes tight during operation.
④The bearing chamber lacks lubricating oil (grease).
⑤The load is too heavy or there is a mechanical failure.
The temperature rise of single-phase motor is too high
There are several electrical reasons:
①The power supply voltage is too high or too low.
②The secondary winding fails to separate from the power supply, and the centrifugal switch fails.
③The main winding is seriously short-circuited.
④ The main and auxiliary windings are short-circuited or grounded.
There are several mechanical reasons:
①The bearing is damaged.
②The bearing lubricating oil (grease) is too much, lack of oil or impurities.
③The cooling air duct of the motor is blocked.
