What are some reasons that cause motor burn?
1. Poor heat dissipation or high ambient temperature
When the external fan of the motor is not installed or damaged, or the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, the motor will be severely overheated and the windings will burn.
2. Severe overload
When the hydraulic motor is seriously overloaded or runs overloaded for a long time, or the intermittent duty motor is used for continuous work, it will cause the winding insulation to burn due to high temperature and overheating.
