YVF2 variable frequency inverter drive electric motor is the latest generation of special three-phase asynchronous motors for variable frequency speed regulation launched by our company. This vfd drive motor is a universal variable frequency speed regulating motor developed and designed on the basis of Y/Y2 series motors. It can be well matched with the inverters of different manufacturers in the current market, and the frequency conversion range is 5-100Hz or 3-100Hz. YVF motor has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, obvious energy saving effect, stable driving, wide speed range, fast response and excellent performance. This series of motors are widely used in applications requiring high-precision speed regulation such as numerical control, textiles, metallurgy, etc., and can also be applied to fan and water pump loads for the purpose of energy saving. The average energy saving rate of a single machine can reach 30-60%.

FAQ
What are the causes of different degrees of burnout of motor windings?
The malfunctions of motors during operation are often manifested in the windings. Therefore, the reasons can be analyzed according to the different degrees of burnout of the windings. LI YUAN motor summarizes, there are mainly the following 4 situations:
1. All windings are burnt
Full-burning winding means that all windings are evenly burnt black, and some burnt winding ends and casing parts will appear "white frost". This phenomenon is mostly caused by the motor being overloaded, or the production machinery being driven is stuck or malfunctioning, resulting in a significant increase in current.
2. The winding is burnt out in one phase or two phases
When the one-phase melt of the three-phase power supply is fused or one phase of the internal winding is open during the operation of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the motor will be in a phase-less operation state, with a slight "humming" sound, the speed will decrease slightly, and the temperature rise of the motor will increase. After a while, the winding will burn out. In a Y-connected motor, when the phase is missing, the winding of one phase remains intact, and the other two phase windings are burned out; when the motor with △ connection is running in a phase loss, if it is found early, the winding of one phase will be burned out. Part of the two-phase winding is burnt. If the lack of phase runs for a long time, the three-phase windings will be burned one after another.
