The oil pump motors produced by our company are dried using the hot air circulation drying method of the oven, which is the most widely used in the actual production of hydraulic motors. The oil pump motor must go through painting, dipping and other processes before being sold. The motor winding dipping is mainly to increase the insulation strength of the motor winding, and the motor casing is sprayed to increase the appearance of the motor, rust and waterproof, etc. But how should the motor be air-dried after dipping and painting? If it is directly cooled in the air, the adhesion strength of the paint cannot be guaranteed. Dalan Motor introduces the following methods to dry the motor:
1. Quicklime drying method
Put the oil pump motor in a sealed box, sprinkle quicklime in the box, and use the strong moisture absorption capacity of the quicklime to dry the oil pump motor. This method is safe and labor-saving, but the drying time is long and time-consuming.
2. Bulb drying method
Use infrared light bulbs or ordinary light bulbs to directly irradiate the light on the stator winding of the oil pump motor, and change the power of the bulb to change the temperature. The winding temperature can also be controlled by measuring the iron core temperature, and the insulation resistance of the oil pump motor can be measured at any time, and the drying can be stopped when the requirements are met.
