Y2 large torque low voltage asynchronous motor are a kind of TEFC squirrel cage motor with the national unified design. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, low vibration and easy maintenance. The grade of power and mounting measurements are subject to the IEC standard. This series motor is commonly used in the machinery without special requirement specially for reducer, air compressor, water pump, oil pump, packing and food machinery and so on.

FAQ
Why is the no-load current of a motor sometimes too large or too small?
Analysis of the reasons for the large no-load current of the motor:
1. The number of turns of the stator winding is less than the normal value. Measure the DC resistance, the resistance will be less than the normal value.
2. The air gap between the stator and the rotor is large. Measure the outer diameter of the rotor, it will be smaller than the normal value.
3. The stator and rotor are misaligned in the axial direction. Measure the size of the axial position of the stator and rotor. If there is a lot of misalignment, use a press to press the stator core to a proper axial position.
4. The quality of the iron core silicon steel sheet is poor. The silicon steel sheet is unqualified or the iron core is burned out when the faulty winding is removed by the fire method during repair.
5. The effective length is insufficient due to insufficient iron core length or improper stacking.
