How to achieve energy saving?
1. Reasonably select the rated capacity of the motor. The state has made the following regulations on the three operating areas of three-phase asynchronous motors: the load rate is between 70% and 99% as the economic operation area; the load rate is between 40% and 70% as the general operation area; the load rate is between 40% and 70%. Below% are non-economic operating areas. If the motor capacity is selected too large, although the normal operation of the equipment can be ensured, it not only increases the cost, but also its efficiency and power factor are also very low, resulting in a waste of electricity. Therefore, considering that it can not only meet the needs of equipment operation, but also improve the efficiency as much as possible, it is ideal to maintain the load rate at 60% to 99%.
2. Increase the voltage of the motor. When the three-phase asynchronous motor is lightly loaded, reducing its external power supply voltage can achieve energy saving.
3. Frequency conversion speed regulation of the motor. Use other continuous speed regulation operation methods, using voltage regulator, pole-changing motor, electromagnetic coupling speed regulator, frequency conversion speed regulator, etc.
4. Improve power factor. Connecting a proper amount of capacitors in parallel at the outlet end of the three-phase asynchronous motor for reactive power compensation can improve the power factor, reduce reactive power loss, and effectively realize energy saving.
