Light start torque MY single phase motor is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard. MY motors have features of good performance, low noise, little vibration and safety and reliable operation. The multiple of starting torque is 0.3-0.7 (MY), 0.45-0.75 (MYT). MY motors are suitable for the occasion where there requirements of starting torque is low and long-term continuous working, such as home electric appliances, pumps, fans, and recording meters, etc.

FAQ
How to check and analyze when a single-phase motor fails?
1. Check the stator and rotor windings
Check whether the stator winding connection is correct, observe whether the winding insulation is overheated or aging; check whether the winding is open, short, or grounded; check whether the squirrel cage rotor cast aluminum guide bar and end ring are broken, and the copper guide bar and the copper end ring are welded Whether there are cracks or breaks at the place, and whether the rotor and the stator are rubbing.
2. Check the starting device
Check whether the YL dual-value capacitor single-phase motor starting switch and starting relay have poor contact or damage, and whether the action is sensitive; check the capacitor for open circuit, short circuit, deterioration, breakdown or failure, and poor contact.
3. Power-on inspection
Turn on the power to see if the motor can start to run. If the motor fails to start, it may be the external wiring or centrifugal switch, starting capacitor, etc. open circuit or damage or poor contact, or internal winding open circuit. If the motor can start to run, but the fuse is quickly blown, or the windings smoke, the speed is reduced, and the noise is too large, it indicates that there is a problem with the motor winding.
