FAQ
What are the common faults of single-phase asynchronous motors?
There is noise when the single-phase motor is running
There are several electrical reasons:
① The winding polarity is wrong.
②The winding is partially short-circuited.
③The rotor conductor is disconnected, loose or broken.
④Some pieces of iron core silicon steel sheet are broken and vibrated.
There are several mechanical reasons:
① Paper scraps or debris fall into the inner cavity of the motor.
②The bearing clearance is too large.
③There are impurities or dust particles in the bearing lubricating oil (grease).
④ The axial movement of the rotor is too large.
⑤ The dynamic balance of the rotor is not well calibrated.
⑥The slot wedge is higher than the iron core or the insulating paper protrudes.
⑦The wind cooling blade is loose.
⑧The parts of the centrifugal switch are loose, causing mechanical rubbing.
⑨ The wind cover is cracked or loose.
⑩The wind hood is not installed properly, causing the wind hood to rub against the blades.
