From November 25 to 26, 2022, Zhejiang Energy Saving New Technology, New products and new Equipment Exhibition 2022 was successfully held in Hangzhou. This Three New exhibition is sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Bureau, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission. With the theme of "Innovation-driven and Green Development", it aims to show the development level of energy-saving technology, products and equipment and the development effect of energy-saving industry in Zhejiang Province.
At the opening ceremony on November 25, Zhao Penggao, deputy director general of the Department of Environmental Resources of the National Development and Reform Commission, delivered a speech online, saying that energy conservation is an important means to promote carbon peak carbon neutrality and high-quality development. We will develop green and low-carbon industries, accelerate research, development and application of advanced technologies that save energy and reduce carbon, give priority to conservation, and give higher priority to energy conservation.
Zhou Weibing, Director of the Energy Bureau of Zhejiang Province, delivered a speech, pointing out that from 2012 to 2021, Zhejiang Province has intensified the application and promotion of new energy-saving technologies, new products and new equipment, and deeply implemented the budget management of energy use. The province's energy consumption per unit GDP has decreased by 25.8%, and the total energy consumption growth rate at an average annual rate of 3.7% supported the average annual GDP growth rate of 7.2%. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Provincial Energy Bureau will resolutely implement the policy of giving priority to energy conservation, further increase the promotion of new energy-saving technologies, new products and new equipment, improve the energy efficiency level of key industries, accelerate green transformation, and promote high-quality economic development.
At the launch ceremony of the exhibition, 10 enterprises, such as Zhejiang Tianzheng Design Engineering Co., LTD., Gaoming Holding Group Co., LTD., held the on-site signing ceremony of energy conservation projects, with a total amount of 53.55 million yuan. The 2021 Provincial energy consumption dual control work outstanding collective award ceremony was also held at the launch ceremony. The Energy and Environmental Statistics Department of Zhejiang Bureau of Statistics and other 10 winning collectives received trophies and certificates.
The second day of the exhibition, "building energy conservation", "power energy conservation", "industrial energy conservation", "public institution energy conservation", "new energy" and other 5 thematic discussions were carried out in order, the highlights were various, wonderful continue. The 50 energy-saving enterprises from inside and outside the province brought advanced energy-saving technologies in industry, public institutions and buildings. The products and technologies of low-carbon energy-saving systems for buildings, asphalt cryogenic technology, iMotor full life cycle management, unit power generation glass curtain wall components, data center energy-saving air conditioning, graphene new materials and so on attracted a large number of visitors to stop and communicate.
This Three new exhibition, a total of 50 energy-saving enterprises from inside and outside the province to participate in the exhibition, including 29 enterprises in the industrial field, 8 in the field of public institutions, 13 in the field of construction. The exhibition held theme discussions through salons, forums, theme sharing and other forms. Experts in various fields introduced the progress of energy saving technology in related industries, shared classic energy saving cases on behalf of enterprises, and exchanged experience in energy efficiency innovation.
The exhibition invited the relevant provincial departments, the development and reform departments of cities, counties (cities, districts), the outstanding collective of the province's energy consumption dual control in 2021, the relevant industry associations, the heads and managers of key energy consumption units, the relevant heads of energy research institutes and energy-saving service companies in Zhejiang Province, the journalists of the news media to visit the site, and the theme discussion live broadcast on multiple platforms simultaneously. According to preliminary statistics, a total of 16.47 million people participated in and watched the exhibition of new energy saving technology, new products and new equipment through the platform, and learned about Zhejiang's energy efficiency innovation and the latest achievements of new energy saving technology, new products and new equipment. This exhibition is an important platform to promote ecological priority, conservation and intensive, green and low-carbon development, which will help Zhejiang accelerate the green transformation of development mode and add new momentum to the green development of Zhejiang Province.
